Claims slow down in the gaps
A claim usually starts quickly. A customer calls or messages to report an incident. Then it slows: the handler asks for photos, then a receipt, then a police or repair report, then a detail that should have been asked for the first time. Each request is a separate message and a separate wait.
Customers experience that as being chased. Handlers experience it as a queue of half-complete files they can't move forward.
What changes
Nuncily takes the first notice of loss as a conversation and keeps going until the file is complete:
- It asks what this type of claim needs, based on your rules, not a generic form.
- It reads what arrives, such as photos, receipts, estimates and reports, and checks that each one is what was asked for.
- It asks follow-up questions as they arise, while the customer is still in the conversation.
- It follows up with customers who haven't sent what's needed.
- It hands the handler a complete file, with the conversation and every document attached.
Renewals and policy changes
The same loop runs ahead of renewal: reminding customers in good time, asking whether anything has changed, collecting the details or documents a change needs, and confirming before the policy lapses. The renewals that need a person, such as a change in risk or a price query, go to your team.
What stays with your people
Every decision about cover, liability and settlement. Every complaint. Every vulnerable customer. Nuncily is built to recognise when a conversation needs a person and to hand it over with the full context, not to make those calls.
Getting started
Standard collection, like claims evidence and renewal confirmations, can run on the Nuncily platform. Connecting to your claims or policy administration system is a custom build.
