In every plan

The parts that make Nuncily safe to hand a process to aren't an upgrade. They're how it works.

A full audit trail

What was read, what was changed, and when, on every plan.

Scoped permissions

Nuncily acts inside permissions you define, system by system.

Escalation to your team

With the whole thread attached. Never charged as an extra.

An exceptions list

What's done, what's chased, and what genuinely needs you.

Your customers' channels

They keep messaging the way they already do. Nothing to install.

Changes as you go

Adjusting the process as it settles is part of the subscription.

What the onboarding fee covers

Handing a process over properly takes a few weeks of our time, once. It happens at the start, and it isn't charged again.

  1. 01

We map the process with you

A working session on what arrives, what has to be collected, what counts as done, and where a person has to be involved.

  2. 02

    We connect your systems

Scoped permissions, system by system, so Nuncily can read and write only what the process needs.

  3. 03

We write and test the conversation

The real wording your customers will see, tested against the awkward cases rather than the tidy ones.

  4. 04

    It runs supervised first

Your team sees every action before it goes out, until you're satisfied it should run unattended.

Questions about pricing

What am I paying for each month?

The subscription covers Nuncily running your process: handling the conversation on your customers' channels, collecting and checking what's needed, acting in your connected systems, and escalating to your team when judgment is required. It also covers hosting, monitoring and changes to the process as it evolves.

Why is onboarding charged separately?

Because it's real work that happens once. Mapping the process, connecting systems under scoped permissions, writing the conversation, and running it supervised until you're satisfied takes a few weeks of our time. Building that into the monthly price would mean charging every customer for it forever.

What counts as one process?

One repeatable path from a request to a finished outcome. Collecting quarterly records is one process. Onboarding a new client is another. If two paths share the same trigger, the same systems and the same definition of done, they're one process.

What happens when Nuncily can't finish something?

It escalates rather than guessing. The case goes to your team with the full conversation and everything collected so far attached, so whoever picks it up isn't starting cold. Escalations don't cost extra.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at the end of any month. Moving up part-way through is fine at any point, and you only pay the difference in onboarding if the new processes need it.

Is there an annual plan?

No. Everything is billed monthly, with no minimum term and no annual contract to sign. Stop at the end of any month.

Do you offer a trial?

Every account starts supervised: Nuncily runs the process while your team reviews what it does before anything goes out. That's more useful than a trial account with no real data in it, and it's included in onboarding rather than charged on top.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us what the process is and how it arrives. We'll tell you which plan covers it, and what onboarding would involve.

  • A conversation about your process, not a slide deck.
  • We'll show the loop running on a process shaped like yours.
  • No obligation, and nothing shared outside our own inbox.
