What's included in the Practice plan?
One primary workflow, set up with you and run end to end: the client conversation, collecting and checking documents and information, follow-ups, human approval where you want it, and a full audit trail. Setup, supervised launch, AI usage and direct access to our team are all included.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Setup and onboarding are included in the monthly price, and there are no hidden fees.
Do I need to install software?
No. Nuncily works through the channels your clients already use, starting with WhatsApp. There's nothing for your clients to download and no complicated rollout for your team.
How does onboarding work?
It starts with a 30-minute call about your process, the information you need, and how your team works. We then configure your first workflow, help connect your WhatsApp Business setup, test it with you, and launch it supervised.
Do I need to build the workflow myself?
No. We map your first workflow with you and configure it. You tell us how the work is done; we handle the setup.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
The first weeks are setup and supervised running. Three months gives the workflow time to settle on real cases, so you can judge it on results. After that it's month to month.
What counts as one workflow?
One repeatable path from a request to a finished outcome. Collecting quarterly records is one workflow. Onboarding a new client is another. If two paths share the same trigger, the same systems and the same definition of done, they're one workflow.
What happens when Nuncily can't finish something?
It escalates rather than guessing. The case goes to your team with the full conversation and everything collected so far attached, so whoever picks it up isn't starting cold. Escalations don't cost extra.
What about WhatsApp messaging fees?
Where they apply, WhatsApp messaging fees are handled through your own WhatsApp Business setup and are separate from your Nuncily subscription.
What if we need more than one workflow?
That's what Custom is for: several workflows, higher volumes, or connections to your own systems. Start with one and add more later, or talk to us about the whole picture.
Which currencies can we pay in?
US dollars, pounds sterling or euros. Pick one with the switcher at the top of this page; each price is set for that currency rather than converted.
